We’re looking to connect with technologists across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide — from experienced VMware professionals to those actively building skills in a home lab and eager to break into the space.

Who This Is For

You might be a Systems Administrator, ICT Engineer, or Infrastructure Specialist — or someone who:

• Upskills in their own time
• Experiments with automation or virtualisation
• Is ready to grow into VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting and delivering VMware environments (vSphere, NSX, vSAN)
• Cloud and infrastructure modernisation projects
• Automation using Aria, PowerCLI or scripting
• Working alongside experienced engineers and architects

What We’re Looking For

• Exposure to VMware or virtualisation (commercial or home lab)
• Interest in automation and modern infrastructure
• Strong learning mindset and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

• VMware certifications (or working towards them)
• Security clearance (not essential)
